We were very pleased with the professional service provided by Katie Gattens. Very transparent about the whole process.

I’m not even sure where to begin with Katie. From selling our house to buying another house. Katie Made the process so smooth and easy! She was so flexible and easy to work with and always made sure we were informed on the next step of our process!!! 10/10 recommend ❤️

"Yes, you delivered!"We could not be more thrilled & believe me, at our age it takes a lot to thrill us!Seriously, thank you for all you did to sell our home so quickly, we're most appreciative. We heard you were a rea "go getter" and that was totally right! Not only are you a great Realtor who cares about your clients, you are very personable and believe me, you make an outstanding impression on people. We will definately recommend you to others.Thank you, again.

This was my first time buying a home but I couldn't be more happier with the level of service Katie provided. Every phone, every question I had she was there. She genuinely cares if I got the house that I wanted and she was upfront and honest the entire time.

Katie is an awesome! She helped us find our forever home.

Katie was everything we could have asked for and more in the purchase of our home. We were making a big move from another state and she guided us every step of the way as first time Maryland home buyers. She worked hard to find us a home that fit all of our criteria and fought to get us the best deal throughout the negotiation process. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so!

Katie was so easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to get all of our things lined up for us. Very smooth and pleasant transaction! Would very highly recommend Katie!!!

Very professional and easy to work with. A good combination.

Pain free process. All bases were covered. Good job!
