Katie is the first realtor I have and will recommend to anyone I can. She was always thinking ahead and gave us every advantage in a tight market, while still making us feel comfortable and positive. With Katie, no detail went overlooked and every step of the way we felt confident and cared for. Short version… Katie is just a wonderful person to work with. She’s positive and was excited about getting us a home. I will genuinely miss our text threads and home searching marathons. She was unbelievably supportive, patient, helpful, creative, and knowledgeable. She was always available when we needed her and reached out to check on us during all of the more stressful times. Now, a little bit more about our experience… Katie took our home purchase as personally as we did and was invested in us making the right decisions. She worked within our reality and kept us positive as we navigated a really tough market. During our search, Katie was supportive of all of our ideas, but also helped us find a bunch of interesting and creative options and locations we really hadn’t considered. Our eventual purchase was a home in an area we had thought was out of our scope that Katie found and insisted we check out. We would not have a home right now without her work and are in an area and home we assumed we couldn’t afford. Katie made it work! Katie worked wonderfully with the sellers realtors, got us important information early, and always had her finger on the pulse. At our closing, the sellers realtor made it a point to mention how lucky we were to have had her working with us. During the process leading up to closing, Katie found us a qualified and thorough inspector and provided us with a dearth of options for other estimates for work at the property AFTER the sale, Katie is STILL working to help us find contractors and discounted appliances, as well as just checking in to see how our dog enjoys the new yard. I cannot recommend Katie enough.

Katie listed my home and I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with her. She did a fantastic job staging which helped get multiple offers over asking price and eventually leading to it being sold the first day on the market.
