This is our third property working with Kathy Lutz. As always, very nice working with Kathy. She is always on time, detailed, accurate and fast response to our needs. This time, we needed 1031 Exchange and we were late in a game to finish the process, she negotiated with a real estate lawyer to urgently process our 1031 Exchange and our closing went extremely smooth! On top of this urgent issue solved, while we were in FL away from Ohio, she went into our property in Ohio when the winter storm came and made sure our property pipe will not freeze. I cannot ask a better realtor than Kathy. She is the best.
