Kathy has incredible expertise and knowledge in her field. She explained the process and guided us through all the twists and turns in selling the house. Her knowledge and reassurance made a potentially overwhelming experience much easier. She was on top of inspections and closing cost always having our best interest in mind.

Every once in a while,God sends us angels disguised as people. In my case, a realtor. Her professionalism, experience, enthusiasm , demeanor and guidance was truly appreciated. It was an emotional time that probably would not gone as smoothly without her for guidance. She is such a positive reflection on BURGAN REALTY! I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
The assistance that was provided to me by Kathy Battisti was outstanding , in that the information was on lay terms and understandable thank goodness there are still agents who truly understand their clients.if you,or anyone you know is in the market to buy or cell then Burgan and Kathy are you contacts
