Kathy and Darnesia were literally a God-send for us. We moved from Northern Arizona to Kansas City December of 2020 without having ever visited Missouri before and knowing literally no one. From day one they took care of us, helped us land on our feet and went above and beyond at every opportunity. We luckily found a house the first weekend we went out to look and put in an offer shortly after, it was a short sale which we knew literally nothing about. They worked super hard to figure out the process for us and made everything super easy on our end. When we needed to switch to a renovation loan, we ended up needing contractors to get some work done. They made all the arrangements and appointments for us. Kathy even let us borrow some tools when we moved into the house while we were waiting for our belongings to ship from Arizona. I have never met realtors like them before, they have to be the most genuinely nice people I have met who really care about their clients. On top of that they know their stuff and are super hard workers. I know for sure that there is no way we could have made our move without them, and would recommend them to literally anyone who is looking to buy or sell their house. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Kathy and Darnesia. We are so happy to have gotten to know them and if we ever need a realtor in the future we will certainly go back to them.
