Kathleen Ogilvie has been working as in independent REALTOR® since 2002. With a degree in civil engineering from Villanova University, she went into commercial construction and real estate in 1984. She and her husband, Roger, opened a commercial construction and engineering firm together. After having two handsome sons, Kathleen decided to get her real estate sales license in 2003 and hasn't looked back since. Year after year, Kathleen has been the top-producing REALTOR® in each office she has worked. Her extensive background includes working for a small boutique brokerage in Huntington Beach, California, and opening a new real estate office with another firm. Kathleen and her husband moved back to Pennsylvania so they could be near their sons in college, and she built a real estate career in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Given her unique experience of building a database in California and Pennsylvania, Kathleen knows how to get a real estate business up and running efficiently. This exceptional skill set, coupled with coaching along the way, enhances Kathleen's passion for giving back to the industry she loves.
