Great service

Kathleen was spot on for selling my home. Every Sunday she had an open house. Gave suggestion on how to show the home. Signage was good and with signs out on the main road. Explained the offer being presented to me and what the buyers wanted from me. Kept me informed about the closing and was with me at the closing . She is an excellent realtor.

Kathy is very knowledgeable and personable. She guided us through the home selling process and was never too busy to answer our questions. When we closed on the house Kathy even presented us with a home made delicious cherry pie, and her partner covered the cost for ice cream! I call that going above and beyond. Kathy is more than a realtor to us.We are proud to call her a friend.

Kathleen was always there to answer any questions we had and stayed on top of all the paper work we were very happy with using her for our home purchase .

Exceptional Service!!!

There are three things that matter in a realtor: knowledge, honesty, and good communication. Kathleen has all three!

Thank you so much for all your help selling 2 houses for us in the last 6 months!  Phew! I'm glad that's over! But we could not have chosen better people to help us through this mess: knowledgeable, honest, responsive, kind... And a good baker!  It was a pleasure getting to know you, however briefly.Sincerely, Bill and Peg G.P.S. My dad is improving.... The pie helped 😊

Kathy went the extra mile to get my house sold
