As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. But from our first conversation through closing day, Kathy made us feel confident and put us at ease. She was calm, reassuring, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home—not just any home. Throughout the process, she struck the perfect balance between letting us lead and gently pointing out things we might not have considered or didn’t even know to ask. When it came time to make an offer and navigate some of the trickier moments, she handled everything with professionalism and shrewdness. We always felt like we had someone in our corner who knew exactly what to do—and how to do it gracefully. Kathy was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions (big or small), explain the fine print, or simply check in to make sure we were doing okay. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but her warmth and steady presence made the entire experience feel manageable. We’re so grateful Kathy was the one to guide us through buying our first home. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who’s knowledgeable, kind, savvy, and steady—especially if you’re a first-time buyer—you couldn’t ask for anyone better to have by your side.

Solid professional firm that covers all the bases and showcases the property well. Furthermore, they sell all the positives of Garden City and the community.

Kathleen Lucchesi did an absolutely wonderful job for us. Kathleen is smart, experienced, and professional. She gave us excellent advice on pricing and staging, and handled the showings and negotiations in a first class manner. To top it off, Kathleen is a lovely person, and a pleasure to work with. This was a very successful real estate transaction for us, and I would not hesitate to recommend Kathleen, and her firm. We seriously considered trying for a private sale, but in retrospect, we are happy we chose to engage Kathleen Lucchesi and Daniel Gale; they earned their fees, and then some.

Always a great pleasure working with Kathleen Lucchesi. She is really a true professional! Looking forward to working with her again.

Arthur Anderson and Kathleen Luchessi sold my house in record time to a well-qualified buyer in record time. Their advice to my wife and I about staging the home was spot on. Their continuing advisement from contract to closing was professional, very helpful and much appreciated. It was terrific to work with them!
