Thank you Kathleen for your excellence with our Edmonton home buying experience. Your patience, attention to detail, endless energy, and no pressure attitude was very much appreciated. We would have no problem whatsoever in recommending you to other buyers.

We can’t thank Kathleen enough for such an amazing experience! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She was always responsive, patient with our questions, and went above and beyond to make the process stress-free. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly has your best interests at heart, Kathleen is the one. Highly recommend!

Kathleen has been everything you want as a first-time home buyer. She took her time explaining things we didn't know and she was both kind and direct. Words can not express how happy we've been with her help and guidance through the process.

Kathleen is a professional through and through. Her knowledge of the Edmonton market and the communities we were looking to purchase in is excellent. She is an exceptional communicator who explained, in simple terms, the sale and purchase steps, as well as the documentation requirements to us, for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. The information she provided was always relevant, accurate, and timely; we really appreciated her attention to detail. For example, Kathleen recognized when statutory holidays occurred and carefully planned document submission and closing dates accordingly. This seemingly small detail mitigated the possibility of any unexpected delays or surprises, ensuring everything proceeded as smoothly and stress-free as possible. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend making Kathleen your realtor of choice!
