Over the course of a year looking for a house to buy that suited my needs Kathleen Cobler proved herself to go above and beyond any of my expectations as to how a realtor should act. This was shown by her going as far as getting me house showings hours after I requested them, working into the night to get my paperwork squared away, and being a phone call away for me if I had any questions regardless of the time of day. In the future I will recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house to use the services at Ruhl & Ruhl and in particular those of Kathleen's.
