Kathleen was an amazing realtor. She never treated me like a client or a customer, she treated me like family helping me all the way through. I have asked some questions that are dumb to ask or i have been very confused with and she helped me through making sure I understand what is happening and making sure that I am happy, even when my loan failed for others screwing up she was right there upset with me and never gave up on me and did not mess around when it came to my needs.
