Kathleen Bettinger was recommended to us by our cousin. Kathleen assisted our cousin with the sale of her condo in 2024. We used the referral and are very happy with our choice. Kathleen has been wonderful, knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. She provided guidance and a sense of calmness that allowed us to not worry or steer about anything. Thanks Kathleen for being our realtor and our friend. Best wishes and thank you very much Kathleen!

Kathleen is a wonderful, hard working Realtor! She has great knowledge of the homebuying and selling process with years of experience behind her. She has helped me sell 4 homes over the past 2 years. While some of our transactions have been difficult due to buyer issues (as they always are), she has handled all issues with a sense of grace, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help her clients. I fully recommend Kathleen for all of your home buying and selling needs. You will not be disappointed.
