I didn't feel I needed a realtor to sell my property until Kathleen came along and advised me that I was underrating my property and that she could sell it for more. Kathleen was absolutely amazing! I was tasked with selling my grandmother's condo, while we were moving her into an assisted living facility. On top of an already stressful situation, the pandemic was in full force. I was worried that during this time it would be impossible to sell an outdated condo unit.... but Kathleen proved me wrong! She was able to sell the condo in less than 4 months and handled everything. It was one less thing I had to worry about, and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work.
