Kathie truly understood the sadness of our situation regarding the selling of my Aunt Margaret’s house. She also understood that the last time I bought a house was in 1969. So obviously I knew nothing. She walked me through each step. She took my calls. She answered my messages immediately. You might say she hand held me during this entire ordeal. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. On top of all of that she is a genuinely ‘nice’ person. I know that’s an overworked word but she truly is.

We have no complaints. She was professional, patient in answering questions and just plain comfortable to work with. We were confident in whatever she told us.

Kathie has helped me buy and sell 2 houses. She is my first choice because she is kind, listens, and has a good understanding of my needs and what I am looking for in a home. I like her "no pressure" approach and she is very responsive when I need to get in touch with her.
