Berkshire Hathaway Home services Homesale Realty were excellent. Tom and Sherri did an outstanding service for us highly recommend them both and for the future.
The house took somewhat longer to sell than I expected, but I don't think this was any fault of the agent. The house seemed to appeal more to younger buyers who had more in the way of credit challenges which made it more difficult to find a buyer who could get a mortgage.
Kathie was an expert in her field and helped me immensely with my decisions and negotiations. She felt like part of my family and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her
