Kathi was the very best RE Agent I've ever had. Attention to detail, over & above service, very knowledgeable and efficient, friendly, honest, fair, great negotiator & that's just part of her outstanding qualities. I truly don't believe I would have closed the deal w/o her help. THE BEST EVER.

Kathi was an outstanding agent. She looked through tons of homes until we found the perfect house we wanted on the water. I would highly recommend her to any of my colleagues and friends without hesitation.

Kathi was an excellent agent. It took us almost a year to find the right house, she diligently looked at a number of listings for us, went to showings with us, and even looked at houses when we weren’t in the area. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She’s very friendly, professional, and knows how to get things done.
