Katherine is an awesome agent, and wound up being the absolute perfect match for me. I had very specific wants and needs in the home we were seeking, and once the two of us were synchronized that led to many home tours that wound up going nowhere, but her tenacity and enthusiasm never wavered. On time for every appointment, knowledgeable about each property, patient, honest and fair in her assessments, diligent, came through quickly and concisely with every request for details I made, easy to just hang with and chat openly, and many more superlatives. Katherine was very good at getting the house listed and sold, very happy with that part and was good about communications.
She overstepped her boundaries at the end with trying to get things to a close. Would not recommend the title company she is affiliated with.
Working with Katherine was an incredibly frustrating experience, particularly at the time of closing. Despite that she is a minority owner in the Title company that was used, she lacked knowledge surrounding the final process, which resulted in a chaotic mess at closing. She inappropriately contacted the care facility where my parents live and told them it was an emergency and requested information on my parents which is violation of privacy. Extremely unprofessional and not worthy of the commission that she received. The honest and appropriate action would be to return those funds based upon how badly she mismanaged our sale. Would not recommend an would like to speak with her supervisor.
