While it’s relatively easy to write a positive review and effortlessly say someone is the best, I’ve been around the block a few times and am extremely discerning with praise. I wholeheartedly recommend Katherine Keener as an extremely competent and dedicated real estate agent. I’ve bought and sold numerous and my latest adventure was extremely difficult and cumbersome as I had moved away and needed a seasoned professional to represent me in a challenging transaction. When I moved away, there were a number of details that needed to be attended to before my property could be shown. She found the vendors who did an amazing job and made payment for such services a breeze. She was always available to show my property which was not going to render her a huge commission. She was always positive and upbeat. The eventual buyer presented a number of obstacles that I could clearly see other real estate agents I’ve used in the past would’ve succumbed to the pressure. She came through with flying colors and shepherded the final transaction to an extremely competent and satisfying conclusion. By the way, she was my buying real estate agent six years ago with the same property. So again, I highly recommend using Katherine as your real estate agent of choice.
