I am a full-time, full service REALTOR who will guide you through the buying and selling process with ease. I make sure to take time to educate my clients on the home buying and selling process so that they will have an in-depth understanding of what to expect. Baton Rouge and the surrounding parishes are my areas of expertise. As a graduate from Louisiana State University, I utilize my Business and Marketing degree to create a custom marketing plan for each client listing. I understand how to utilize today's technology to successfully promote my listings online and through various creative outlets. I work closely with sellers to help stage their homes to showcase the property in its best light and maximize return on investment. I thoroughly enjoy working with homebuyers to find the ideal property to call home. I have extensive negotiating skills and market knowledge that will guide clients through the purchase and obtain the best terms possible. It is my priority to ensure each client is fully protected every step of the way. I also work closely with developers and builders representing clients on the sale of new construction homes and have a great deal of experience assisting relocation clients transferring into and out of the area. I will do anything I can to help make your transition as stress-free as possible including scheduling any repairs or maintenance needed, handling inspection/appraisal issues and sharing my list of reputable contacts that will prove beneficial throughout the transaction. I have received my Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, and my Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. I am also a graduate of the Louisiana Realtors Leadership Program and currently serve as the Chair of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors MLS Committee. I was a nominee of Realtor Magazine's 30 under 30 and was a 2015 honoree of Capital City's Finest. Let me show you my passion for real estate. In a complex and changing real estate market, I am committed to delivering the service and results you deserve. Whatever your real estate goal, mine is to help you achieve it with confidence.
