Katherine Coghlan took excellent care of me for the sale of my house. She kept me well informed, handled all of the paperwork, was my advocate in the negotiations, and went out of her way to make sure I did not pay for unnecessary things. She worked through a holiday and almost every weekend since my house went on the market- I felt terrible about this, but she handled everything cheerfully and without complaints. I was so grateful to have someone of Katherine's caliber to represent me. Katherine is excellent at her job, and yet patient, kind, and caring.
