Extraordinary Service!!! Not a typical "home sale". Great property, but not occupied for some time. Older home needed attention, but a special location for a special buyer. Other realty agents wanted an easy cookie cutter sale. Owners no longer in the Midwest. Karyl and her team handled EVERYTHING. Plumbers, Electricians, rubbage clean-up, all very reasonably and found an out of town buyer and had the property sold in less than 2 months. AT FULL ASKING PRICE!! (Which was double what some other agents proposed) Simply the best.
