She made this process very smooth, especially during escrow. More importantly, she was encouraging during the weeks that we waited until we received and accepted an offer. She remained vigilant in following up with potential buyers and often took the initiative to invite people to look at our unit. We also appreciate her prayer and encouragement in faith. Karyl has consistently come through for us with our real estate transactions. The recent sale was no exception. We were faced with a very fast deadline in order to accept an offer to move to Kahala Nui. Despite the declining home sales environment she managed to help us sell the property with her extraordinary hustle.
