This was my 2nd home purchase using Karena and BHHS and she was great to work with. Communication throughout the process was perfect. With the stress of selling and buying a new home all at once, Karena was there to help and offer assurance that we'd be ok and make it to closing. IF there is ever a 3rd time I will buy or sell, Karena and BHHS will be our first call.
We used Karena on the purchase of our last home and used her for both the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new build. From the first purchase till even after our recent purchase, she has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Her guidance and expertise helped us sell our home quick and at a price we were thrilled with and even helped us save a lot of money during our build. Our family will forever and always use Karena and couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to sell/buy. Truly the best in the business and can't thank her enough for everything she has done and continues to do!
Karena was there to walk us through every step of the process. We could not have been more pleased with the property she found for us. She knew what we were looking for and kept us informed of new market listings. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their perfect home.
