My mission is to serve as your trusted advocate-giving you the insight, clarity, and confidence to make real estate decisions you'll feel great about long after closing day. Working with both buyers and sellers, I specialize in gated and HOA-managed communities throughout the greater Asheville area. Many of my clients are entering new chapters in their lives: relocating for work or retirement, seeking a vacation retreat, or moving closer to family. Having moved here in 2008 knowing only my husband, I understand the concerns and confusion out-of-area buyers face in any market. At the same time, for long-term homeowners who have spent decades making memories in one place, I recognize that selling is far more than a financial decision-it's a major life transition. I bring patience, clear communication, and step-by-step guidance to ensure you feel completely supported and never rushed as we prepare your home for its next chapter. To guide you through that journey, I deliver unparalleled personal service backed by candid advice, deep market knowledge, systematic processes, and meticulous attention to detail. I always work in your best interest-combining active listening, insightful market analysis, modern real estate technology, and proactive problem-solving. My strategy is to "negotiate to yes" and achieve win-win solutions by leveraging market information, anticipating responses, proposing creative terms, and adapting smoothly to different agent work styles-all while remaining calm and composed under pressure. Since 2012, I have sold over $82,000,000 in real estate properties and helped over 175 families realize their dreams. Today, more than 90% of my business comes from repeat clients and personal referrals. I hope to welcome you into those ranks next. More About Me The Asheville area has been my home for 17 years and I couldn't be happier, though it took a few stops to get here. Born in Canton, Ohio, I attended high school in Culver, IN and then headed south to Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN After graduating, I moved to New York City to climb the corporate ladder at several money center banks, eventually running a private banking group at J.P. Morgan Chase. Love struck at a high school reunion, and I was soon married with a son, two dogs, two cats, and living on the outskirts of Malibu, California. With family taking center stage, I transitioned into real estate investing-buying, remodeling, landscaping, and selling homes for five years. Eventually, my husband and I decided to move closer to our roots. We became avid readers of "Places Rated" guides and were thrilled with where we landed. Mountains, hiking trails, great weather, fabulous restaurants, golf around every corner, skiing a short drive away-and wonderful friends who share the belief that living the "Good Life" begins by choosing where you want to live, not where you have to. In 2010, I reentered the market as a licensed mortgage broker for two years. That experience proved invaluable, equipping me with deep financial insights that benefit both my buyers and sellers today. In 2012, I turned my full focus to residential real estate sales-the field that has always fascinated me most. I live and breathe this business and make it my goal to collaborate with only the finest local professionals, including attorneys, inspectors, mortgage consultants, contractors, painters, and landscapers. When I'm not with clients, previewing homes, or hosting open houses, you'll find me attending home inspections, brainstorming marketing strategies, or drafting video campaigns-unless, of course, I'm out hiking or trying one of the incredible new restaurants popping up around town. I hope you'll enjoy living here as much as I do.
