Karen was exceptional from start to finish. She gave smart, strategic advice, helped make our house look its absolute best, and positioned it so effectively that we received five competing offers, all well over asking price. Just as impressive, the entire process felt smooth and easy—organized, calm

Our realtor Karen was exceptional! The way she had staged our house for showings was excellent… I truly believe it transformed our house and brought out the true potential the house had. In addition, she had always kept in contact with the buyers agent to keep things moving along which my wife and I were grateful for. The whole team, I think set the bar!👏🏻

Raveis did a great job helping us find a new home. Karen Varsano and her team worked tirelessly for months. Raveis is great. I highly recommend the company.

Just a quick note to express my enormous appreciation working with Karen Varsano.  I just wanted to share just how amazing she is to Gary and me - she is a true gem and always goes above and beyond in her efforts as we navigate this ridiculous market! She jumps through hoops for us with a smile on her face, and in our most recent interaction went so far as to track down and synthesize somewhat confusing and wide ranging info on public land next to a house we were interested in, bringing to light important info we were unaware of, all while under a stressful offer deadline.

Karen is funny, positive, unflappable, expert, AND humble, blowing off my compliments with "it's my job".  While it is her job, she is operating at an extraordinary level and I just had to share how much we appreciate her!  I'd have given up without her, and really couldn't keep looking without her.  Thanks for listening, and enjoy the summer - good weather finally here!

Karen - Always cheerful, always PREPARED, always looking out for THE CLIENT! Karen is professional and loves to laugh. It's a pleasure to work with her. Best wishes, Mary

Karen went above and beyond. She was passionate, supportive, and responsive. I highly recommend working with Karen.

A polished team of professionals working with people to make real estate transactions feel human. Excellent service, beautiful marketing, and personal touch. Thank you Karen for all your help, it was a sincere pleasure!!

Karen was absolutely AMAZING!! So helpful, always reliable, and always so kind. We loved working with her, and would definitely choose her again!

Karen Varzano was a joy to work with. She was comforting through the stressful time of selling our home and yet tough during negotiations when she needed to be. She worked tirelessly setting up our home for sale(which she did magnificently, we hardly recognized it😉), dealing with the flood of potential buyers, multiple offers and finally the final sale. I have already recommended her to someone else and will again!!

The whole team was excellent but specially our agent Karen Varsano did a fantastic job staging the house and giving us recommendations that made us achieve a great sales prices (above asking). I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied. After many relocations I never had such a great service from a realtor ever. Thanks
