Excellent

Karen went above and beyond in supporting my families move to Texas. This was a difficult decision to move here, during a difficult time in our personal lives. Karen did everything to make it go quickly, smoothly, and on time for us to be in a house before we had to report to our new office. Karen made us feel welcomed, she truly listened to us, and helped us find somewhere we could be at home. If anyone else I know moves or relocates here, I will be telling them that the only realtor they can use is Karen. Karen was the one bright light in this whole relocation process and I honestly don't know where we would be without her. Sincerely, Moriah and Bradley Filiault

Karen is awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable about strategies for getting the best deal, and always supportive even though we’ve been very picky buyers. I will highly recommend her to others.

Karen, Thank you so much for the graveside service for John. I think you have wonderful plans for the order of service as we pay our last respects to him. My prayer is that our Lord Jesus Christ strengthen you and his love ones through His amazing Grace. God bless you Reverend Charles Cooper

Karen’s been my realtor for over 5 years, helping me find renters 4-5 times for my investment property. When I needed to sell she did an extraordinary job, which was extremely helpful since I was selling a home out of state. She assisted with utilities on & off, brought the house in shape to sell, and helped me close quickly so I could do a successful 1031 exchange. Highly recommended!

I have known Karen for years since my mom and I contacted her to help us move from an apartment into a house. She was so poised and really knew her job - we felt immediately that she was an honest and caring professional who could help us achieve our objectives. I looked at several houses, contracted for two of them and for one reason or another I withdrew from the purchase. Karen never complained, even though she had put in a lot of hours of her time showing me properties and even driving me to Grapevine to look at Design Center selections for the house I was building. Through all the obstacles, delays and setbacks, Karen never wavered... she was always a professional who tried to give her clients what they were searching for...and succeeded! I got the home I wanted in the location I wanted, and couldn't be happier. I couldn't recommend a better realtor and friend! Thanks for putting up with me, Karen!

I am delighted to recommend Karen as an excellent real estate agent and a true professional.  She listed two houses for me in the Dallas area (Plano and the city of Dallas) over the last few years.  I live out of state and had to work with someone I could really depend on.  I needed her expertise and talent.  She is very knowledgeable about the market and real estate procedures.  When I needed a probate attorney to handle the legal matters associated with one of the houses, she recommended an excellent one.  Every challenge I put before her she was able to meet.  It was of primary importance to me to deal with someone trustworthy, as I could not be there in person.  I have complete faith and trust in Karen’s abilities, reliability, and honesty.  I relied on her completely, which was quite a burden off my shoulders when I was caring for two elderly parents, working, and living out of state.  She was easy to contact and communicates well.  She is organized, capable, and truly represented me and my interests.  Both of the houses I listed with Karen sold quickly for a good price (one for significantly more than I had thought probable).  I have bought eight and sold ten houses in seven states as a client of real estate professionals over the course of my life, which gives me some opportunity for comparison.  I have dealt with no better real estate agent or one I trust more than Karen Straughan.
