New agents learn what it takes to master the paperwork, business language, and timetables for how to succeed in the industry. Karen brings in real estate professionals within BHHS Tomie Raines to assist in areas specific to marketing, title, relocation program, websites, social media promotion, contact management plus we also met with a lender to understand loan options. Karen is excellent explaining complicated material and takes her time to be sure the trainee feels confident going forward. She’s fun to be with and has a great personality. After joining Berkshire Hathaway Tomie Raines, I was invited to a structured training program taught by Karen. We met two mornings a week, in a small group and went through a comprehensive, step-by-step education on how to run a business as a Realtor. Karen covered all areas of working with a Seller and Buyer, listing presentations, agency contract, inspections, title, closing, all loan types and so much more. Karen has a warm personality, which I appreciated starting out new. She is very professional and highly knowledgeable in Real Estate. Her teaching sessions were fun, engaging and non-intimidating. I am no longer in training but Karen has remained accessible for inquires and support. I don’t know a person in our office that doesn’t adore her.
