We enjoyed working with you. There are always complexities with transfer of real estate. Our busy travel schedule exaspirated some of these issues, but you were on top of it the whole way through the process. Of note you were very ethical and professional, and provided constructive advise with respect to practical compromises for an "as is" sale with auction/removal of goods. As a result the house was sold with an agreeable settlement in a relatively short period of time. Thanks again for your efforts. Del S

Karen was helpful all along the way: suggesting how to best present our house (inside and outside); Keeping us informed of local house sale trends and the specifics of our neighborhood; working with us around our scheduled vacation out of country; she gave us good advice all around, and was available and reassuring. We had to sign some forms outside of the office but it was easily done via their secure document email.

Karen helped us maneuver through a tricky housing market. She stuck with us for 30 showings and 6 offers until we finally landed on the perfect place for us. As first-time home buyers, it is so important to have someone beside you who respects and understands your needs. Karen is just that.

Karen made the process of selling our home as quick & painless as possible. She is so knowledgeable about the market and was able to provide insightful advice before going on the market. Thanks to her expertise we had a stack of offers to select from. I will absolutely use Karen in the future!

Karen was very professional, quick to respond, enjoyable to work with and explained every detail so it was easy to understand. Karen looked after our best interest and we were able to sell our home quickly for the asking price. This was our second time working with Karen and we highly recommend contacting her when you are looking for or selling a home.
