We were able to submit an offer right away and secure the property without any issues. When I had questions and needed her to contact the seller's realtor on my behalf, she did so promptly. We closed the deal in one month with zero issues. Most importantly, we valued the trust we had in her. It was truly priceless.
She was very thoughtful and always asked my opinion. It was somehow good but I'm not professional. My family is kind of aggressive and wants 100% of the attention. I recommended her but they found their own. They think I could done better and only 2nd offer...I was stressed out and wanted to get over it, the sales price was not good but I don't know the market price, the house was old and I didn't want to upgrade, I only repaired some needed areas. Location, location, and property are big. I'm not complaining I'm happy no more stress. I will recommend her to my friends. I think it was a very easy sale and I told her that she doesn't have to do the staging....house looks more spacious. Everybody thinks differently, two each of own. Please understand my thoughts I decided to sell at that price and I'm happy.
