Karen Kahle was excellent. She was knowledgeable, provided solid advice and did a good job negotiating. Karen gave good recommendations to get the place ready for sale. She also kept me regularly informed. I would absolutely use Karen again and recommend her. Heidi Cicko

Karen handled the sale of our condo in Bermuda Greens located in North Naples on Imperial Golf Course. She was extremely professional and handled the details with great care and communication. She kept us informed through all stages of the process which we sincerely appreciated being out of state. The closing went very smooth and without complications. Karen went above and beyond her realtor responsibilities by helping us sell a car located on the property. Her assistance was tremendous and we appreciated all the help and guidance she gave to us during this entire process.

Karen Kahle was excellent in all facets. Karen overcame a lot of issues the selling side put forth. I have already referred Karen to a family member who is looking to purchase a home in Naples. Phenomenal experience with Karen!
