If ever there is a correct match between a psychologist, a financial advisor, and a realtor, Karen Harricharan is it. She listened, deeply, to what my wife and I were looking for. We had a rather tough checklist, but that obviously did not scare Karen off. And she hit all 4 requirements. Perfectly. And when it came down to the financial and legal paperwork, she knew what to do and was so efficient. Like a conductor of a symphony, she knew each musician's part and when to invoke them so that the whole would sound perfect. And she did. Because of her diligence (and the work of her son, Josh, another realtor), we have an ideal lake house for us, our kids,, our grandkids, and our friends. It doesn't get better than this.
