Karen is a pleasure to work with and is very professional!

The experience with Karen Gilbane has been very professional and friendly. From the first day we spoke and met, she met every expectation and request I made. As buying and selling a home at the same time can get a bit crazy and frustrating, Karen makes you feel calm and secure, she was at my side thru the whole process. Her years of experience are by far over and above average making her a great professional and now someone I consider a new friend. Even after all the sales have been made and closed, she still stays in touch. I look forward to working with her again... Have a great day.......

We cannot say enough about Karen. She showed us many properties and got us all the additional information we requested. When we finally found our perfect property she was instrumental in getting us to and through closing smoothly. She was a pleasure to deal with and totally professional.

Karen was great! She gave us lots of suggestions about getting our house ready for showings. She was very considerate about setting up the showings to make sure the time was convenient for us. She didn't give up until our house was sold! She is very dedicated to what she does and is very customer friendly

Karen is very knowledgeable with what she does. I believe she went above and beyond with my listing and always kept me informed on the status. She did a great job and made his process very easy for me.

Karen is a top of the line realtor! She helped us every step of the way, from finding a buyer to help getting rid of contents of the house! Thanks We will definitely be using you again!

Karen is so wonderful to work with. I appreciate how honest she is. I never felt like she was in a rush or trying to pressure me to buy something that wasn’t right for me. She really took the time to get to know me and would then make appropriate home recommendations based on who I am as a person and what might be a good fit. Karen is also very knowledgeable of the area, quick to point out possible problems in homes and a great negotiator. Karen was my agent for my home purchase and I really felt like she looked out for my best interests and was a great advocate for me. I would highly highly recommend her, she’s also just an all around genuine, straightforward person!

Karen is an outstanding person, a very skilled realtor. She always communicated all the steps and details of the house sale process. Karen is a true professional and has great people skills, as well as working well with customers and other realtors. She made the process seamless from the beginning, to the sale of the home, in a short time frame. Would highly recommend her her for your home listing.
