"Karen did a fantastic job helping us purchase a home in Florida. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding properties in the area where we wanted to relocate. Karen stated working with us before we flew to Florida to look at houses, and was very attentive to what we wanted and found many homes with features we liked for us to review. Karen was always quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. She got back to us right away with answers and suggestions. While we were in Florida to purchase our house, Karen was excellent with her negotiation skills for the purchase contract agreement between us and the sellers to make sure the final purchase was to our benefit. She included all inspections and tests to be certain we were buying a safe home. Karen would contact us each day with our agenda as to what we had to do for insurance, closing, utilities, mold inspection and many other things we wouldn't have thought about including reminding us what needed to be done. She is very quick to get back with an answer or information for anything we needed. Karen continued to help us even after closing, and still does if we have any concerns. She's a great and caring person willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She is the best!"
