About Me: Your Trusted Realtor with a Passion for Homes and Design Hello there! I'm Karen DeMas, a dedicated and experienced real estate professional with a profound love for homes, architecture, and interior design. With a BFA from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I bring a unique artistic perspective to the world of real estate. Originally from Europe, I have spent the last decade in the charming town of Woodstock, VT, before making my home in Hartford, VT. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of renovating and fixing up several houses, allowing me to understand the true significance of showcasing a property in its best possible light. I firmly believe that a little extra effort can have a substantial impact on a home's sales potential. Having been through the home buying process many times, I understand firsthand the importance of having a trusted partner who is dependable, caring, and friendly. As your realtor, I promise to be that person, always looking out for your best interests and guiding you through every step of the process with utmost care. I adore everything the Upper Valley has to offer, from its picturesque landscapes to its vibrant communities. When I'm not assisting clients, you'll often find me going for walks and bike rides with my rescue dog, Luca, or indulging my passion for gardening. On occasion, I also enjoy a friendly game of tennis with my partner, Theo. I'm licensed in Vermont and New Hampshire with a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. Whether you're buying or selling a home, I am here to make your real estate journey a seamless and rewarding experience. Let's work together to find your dream home or ensure that your current property is sold with the attention it deserves. Reach out to me today at 802.222.1790 or karen.demas@fourseasonssir. com to discuss your real estate goals. I'm excited to be a part of your journey!
