This home buying process was extremely effortless and our agent, Karen Cortez, was amazing! In a short amount of time, we were able to find a great home and a nice neighborhood that met our needs. We will definitely recommend our agent, Karen, and Blanchard and Calhoun to those in need of a home in the greater Augusta area.
Karen was extremely knowledgeable about the area and finding a place that matched our family and our needs. As a military family, searching for a home from a distance, she made the process seamless and could identify with many of our challenges. We would recommend her without hesitation to anymore moving into the greater Augusta area.
