Karen was incredible! She knows this industry inside and out and can expertly guide you through every complicated step of the process. She helped us buy and sell our homes. You are in excellent hands with Karen. Suzanne

We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home than working with Karen. From day one, she walked us through every step of the process so we always knew what to expect. She had excellent communication and was always quick to respond and kept us in the loop. Karen was with us every step of the way, no matter what we needed. The staging Karen and the team arranged was beautiful and clearly helped our house show at its best. Even after closing, when we ran into an issue during our move, Karen stepped in and helped us work through it without hesitation, going well beyond what we expected from an agent. If you're looking for an agent who's knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely has your back, I highly recommend Karen”

I worked with Karen Berger to purchase my condo - it went through with ease - no difficulties because Karen has the understanding and skills necessary to have the acquisition process go perfectly.”

“We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Karen Berger and her team! They handled EVERY detail with professionalism and care. They not only guided us through the process but personally staged our home using some of their own decor, making it look absolutely beautiful. Their expertise and hard work helped us sell our home in just 2 days for well over asking price as well as solidify a smooth closing with no delays or issues. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling a home!” Amy Boland

"Karen did an outstanding job assisting us with purchasing our first home. She was very responsive and knowledgeable on the market in the area we were looking to buy in. She was also super helpful connecting us with a reputable inspector and other contractors." Alexa Woppman 7703 Brasswood Ln Severn, MD 21144

My wife and I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Karen on finding and buying our forever home. It wasn't easy for her mind you, we have a long list of "must-haves" and were shopping in a historically difficult housing market with very little available inventory and sky-high prices. In the end though we couldn't be happier with our house and the role Karen played in getting us into it. Having worked with other agents in the past, I know that they vary wildly in experience and skills. Karen has a lifetime of invaluable experience throughout her career and was able to answer questions for us across the board including which neighborhoods might be a good fit for us, financing, inspections, maintenance, major systems, negotiation, etc. She proactively offered advice that steered us clear of pitfalls and helped us tremendously in the end. We never felt pressured or that we were an inconvenience. In fact, we looked forward to spending time with her at showings, because she is a genuinely wonderful person with a strong moral compass and a big heart. If you are in the market for a house and need a true partner who has your back in your search and purchase I cannot recommend Karen enough.”

Karen Berger was amazing to work with.   She was on point at every step of the way.   Always

was able to show me a house on short notice when something popped up, and give me great advice.  Ended up with the exact type of house I wanted, and almost six months in, have had 0 issues with it.
