Exceptional Purchasing Experience with Karen! I am new to Long Island and Karen is very experienced in this part of NY. Her knowledge of the market saved us a considerable amount of time, finding properties that were aligned with our preferences. She listened to what we were looking for and spent the time finding properties that fit our needs. Karen was very responsive to the point that I wondered if she had any 'down' time for herself and her family. She also worked hard to get us a favorable price in our negotiations. She helped us navigate a terse point in the negotiations and got the seller to agree with correcting some items that would have been a show stopper. It was clear her intentions were to get us the right home and not to close a sale. Her patience and advice was very helpful and we knew we could put our trust in her and valued her opinion when we were seeing homes that she knew would not be ideal for us. I highly recommend her and will definitely rely on her again if the situation presents itself to relocate.

I had a great experience working with Karen. She was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking in and extremely helpful in finding the perfect apartment. Karen was always available when I had questions and was there every step of the way.

Karen is unusually devoted and intelligent, to the last detail. She was key in advocating for me through difficult negotiations to purchase my new residence. Compared to other agents I previously dealt with, she stands out. I highly recommend her and am lucky to have her as my agent!!
