Where do I begin? Let me just say choosing an experienced realtor is a requirement and a necessity! Kameesha Saunders is New Jersey’s best and highly sought after realtor and her experience transcends the status quo! I met Kameesha through my lender after searching months for a home. When I met her I immediately felt comfortable! Kameesha is patient, encouraging, and a fighter! She advocated for me through out several offers. Kameesha is always ten steps ahead of the process. She is a woman of great faith, strength, tenacity, and the consummate professional! After touring many houses, she showed me a house that I absolutely loved. It had the space and style I desired! It was located within a community that was warm and friendly. It was almost as if she knew the house was sitting—simply waiting for me. If you are in need of a realtor with strong ethics and more concerned with you finding the right house to call home- then look no further! Kameesha Saunders will exceed your expectations! You will be in great hands knowing you have a realtor who has your best interest at heart! Thank you, Kameesha for everything! You are stuck with me!
Kameesha, thank you for your outstanding support throughout my first home-buying journey. Your expert guidance made the process seamless and stress-free. I was particularly impressed by your responsiveness and the wealth of resources you had on tap. You taught me so much throughout the process, and I am truly grateful to have had you by my side every step of the way.
I have made a lifelong connection and I can’t wait to refer you as much as I possibly can!
Kameesha was excellent! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, had answers to all my questions, and gave lots of great advice. She was also very proactive during the home buying process and made recommendations for things I had not even thought of as yet! I would recommend her hands down to anyone interested in buying a home! Thank you very much Kameesha!!!!
Kameesha came highly recommended by a dear friend (college roommate). She provided exceptional support, guidance and care to my brother and I as we maneuvered our Estate (home) sale. She was patient and very professional with answering our questions and guiding us through the process of selling an Estate property as this was our childhood home.
She communicated next steps and always voluntarily provided routine updates. She has a large network of professionals that offer services that were aligned with our realty needs from cleaning crews, furniture removal and even advising on “ how-to” manage utility cancellations , which was very convenient especially since we coordinated and scheduled our services remotely. She was available never missing a step. On occasion she even provided updates through her realty assistant
In the end we had several offers (16) for our property, which we never dreamed of. She initially told us it would probably unfold in that manner and she was right.
Overall, our experience with Kameesha was seamless and pleasant throughout the entire process including closing, which occurred much quicker than I imagined. I would recommend Kameesha to any home buyer and/or seller looking to work with a caring and compassionate professional . She’s simply a very nice, with tons of real estate knowledge and a great sense of humor too!
Best Wishes with Continued Success. We Sincerely Appreciate You and Your Team.
Literally my realtor FOR LIFE. Her experience and knowledge is showcased through her process. She specializes in literally everything. Thank you Kameesha for everything and I look forward for the deals in the future.
Kameesha was excellent from start to finish. As a couple moving cross country, it’s really unsettling looking for a home - but Kameesha made it really seem less and easy. She sent videos of listings, made calls to ensure we were informed of the process and ALWAYS made sure we had a great experience. We are in love with our home and really thank Kameesha for being so transparent and knowledgeable. She had made this process really simple and we are THANKFUL for her.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Kameesha in purchasing my new home! She is exceedingly knowledgeable and passionate. Very professional, patient and trustworthy. I can't express my gratitude enough. Highly Recommend!!
