As president of the Coalition for Specialized Housing, the general partner of Hale Mohalu in Pearl City, I have enjoyed over many years the best of relations with Locations administrative staff. My connection with on-site management has been minimal. I regret that I have not made a greater effort to work more closely with the many people who have worked on-site over the past few years.
