I loved working with Kate. She was always there for us when we had questions and handled my anxiety well. She made this a very smooth process.

Kate was friendly, courteous and professional. She was very helpful and understanding through the whole process.

Kate was awesome. She paid attention to what we needed in a house. Very responsive, returned call's and replied to text messages immediately.

We are very pleasure to meet and work with Kate. It was a long journey for each of us and we are glad we completed the journey the way we want and Kate helped us a lot. We highly recommend Kaitlyn Heffner to work with….
