Kaitlyn is always professional and brings her best self to help. She is amazing and I highly recommend her for any future work.

She was nice and helped us, thank you

Kaitlin was just working as the transaction agent and myself as a customer… but she was still very helpful and responsive. Much appreciated

Kaitlin went above and beyond both during and after the purchase. There's at least one thing I am aware of that I realized I had done incorrectly only to find that Kaitlin had already corrected it. We hope not to be purchasing a new home for many years, but we have already recommended her to a family member and we will be recommending her to anyone we want to have the best possible experience shopping for a home.

Kaitlyn is a joy to work with. She always has my best interest in mind and was able to explain everything I didn’t understand. I would definitely recommend her to every perspective home buyer that I know, even those that I don’t.

Kaitlin French has been wonderful through the entire process! She has gone above and beyond!

Kaitlyn was very helpful and answered all our questions. Great to work with. Would definitely work with her again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and take time to reach out for assisting in help gather needed information

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kaitlin French to sell our home and buy our second property, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. From day one, Kaitlin was an absolute fighter - she consistently advocated for what we wanted and never let anything fall through the cracks. What I appreciated most was how present and committed she was throughout the entire process. Whether it was navigating negotiations, answering our endless questions, or pushing to get things done on time, Kaitlin was always one step ahead. She’s sharp, reliable, and deeply passionate about getting her clients the best possible outcome. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is relentless in the best way, who genuinely has your back, and who stays on top of every detail, Kaitlin is the one. We’re beyond grateful to have had her by our side and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
