Excellent service and very professional.
Overall very nice performance Quick service and very friendly.
Mr. Kailash Sharma has an excellent understanding of his job, he is extremely polite and well mannered and explained in detail the current market conditions and the impact these conditions could have on my transaction. He was forthcoming when there was an offer and explained the pros and cons but let the decision be mine. I would strongly recommend Mr. Sharma to anyone who is looking to buy or sell or rent a house/condo in the GTA. Keep up the good work Mr. Sharma

Felt amazingly comfortable talking about any concerns I had. Kailash was extremely knowledgeable about the conditions in the area and the important factors of demand and supply. The services were prompt and communications were open all along the process. Kailash delivered in every aspect of the marketing of the property right through to the finalization. I would strongly recommend Kailash to any one interested in buying or selling property in the GTA.
