The last time we bought a home was 17.5 years ago. We were not prepared for the lunatic pace of finding a home, deciding it could be THE home, and making an offer. Thankfully, Kaaren is an expert working in today's market. She worked with our schedules to see homes on the weekend and in the evenings; she helped us navigate making an offer before deadlines; was willing to revisit a property if we felt it was necessary; could offer excellent insight into construction, location, reminding us what we had said we were looking for in a very specific location, etc. The house we purchased, she arranged for us to see it at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. We fell in love with it. (It was also a great time to visit a neighborhood if you want to know what the evenings are like.) She counseled us to make an offer well below asking price, and we got it with no counter offers! Amazing realtor. You need her.
