Justin is, overall, a very good agent. There were a couple brief times when we weren't happy with it all.
During final negotiations, all we had, to know that our latest offer (of a seller's repair and a price reduction) had been accepted was a "thumbs up" on a text message. And that we'd get another addendum. Which we did, the next morning. On the new addendum, he did enter a condition for the repair, but did not include the significant price reduction. I noticed it and brought it to his attention. He immediately fixed it the oversight, of course. But I wasn't thrilled that I had to keep checking such things.
Also, once when he had said in advance, that he'd be in touch frequently and would keep us informed about progress on an important repair, we got no word for 5 days. While progress on the multi-day repair had been delayed (not his fault) and he didn't hear whether it had been completed, he apparently thought he didn't need to communicate that. We didn't know it had even been started and though we had something of a deadline for things beyond our control (e.g., repair scheduling, locked-in interest rates), we felt completely out of the loop during this time. Until I phoned and asked. So more frequent communication--even if not very informative--would be good.
That said, these were fairly minor, but did keep me from giving him the highest rating in all categories. Justin is an excellent negotiator and well-informed guy to have on our side.
