This was the first time my wife and I bought a place. We had no idea what to do and felt a decent amount of anxiety. We talked to several real estate agents to get a feel for how the business worked and the only one that eased our anxiety was when we talked to Justin, Danny's right-hand man. He answered most of our questions in person and the questions he did not know he would text us an answer later that night. Any questions we had we would simply text Justin and would get an answer in minutes. When we met Danny we were so impressed with how fast he was able to organize an offer. Our first offer was made on Tuesday and we were not even pre-qualified on Saturday. He is also looking for long-term clients. We were about to put an offer on a place but when Danny ran the comps he suggested that it was significantly over-priced and urged us not to make an offer there. Considering Danny would have personally benefitted from the deal being made just goes to show he wants long term clients, not one-and-done clients. When we finally bought our place, Danny was there for us throughout escrow. Also, for what it is worth we paid less than the "Zestimate" price. Justin helped us find a new rental and went through months of patiently taking us to showings until we found the right one.
