"It was a pleasure to connect with Julio Vasconez on the Jimmi C Team, New York City. I was immediately impressed with Julio's proactive effort to find and show me properties. Julio is very knowledgeable and kind and walked me through each process with great patience. I would highly recommend working with Julio and can confirm he will remain consistently present with you from start to finish.

I am writing to let you know of the great experience I had working with Mr. Vasconez. Mr. Vasconez was a great help to my roommate and me as we searched and applied for our apartment. He was always very patient, professional, and available to answer any questions. Mr. Vasconez is an outstanding broker and I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends to him. -Annika

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Julio Vasconez during our apartment search. We are new to NYC, and Julio made the apartment search simple and efficient. He went to see apartments for us at all hours, and quickly found us an apartment that checked all of our boxes. I have never had such a good experience looking for a place to live, and would recommend Julio to anyone.
