Julie Mansfield is a 5 Star realtor! Julie was my realtor when I was looking to buy a bigger home in North Orange County. Right away I could tell that she was a better realtor than the last two I had used for my previous homes. She was very personable and wanted to know what I wanted in my new home. Then she did all her research and set up a tour of homes with me. I was so surprised how much work she put into it and her organizational skills made it so easy to go and look at homes. She was so patient with me and I felt at ease knowing she was a good realtor. She was always there for me and very responsive anytime I needed her. Sometimes I felt like I was asking too much of her but she was always professional with me and did a job well done! She even helped me to find a tenant for my condo. I’m now a landlord and live in a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and I can’t thank Julie enough for helping to make my dreams come true!

Julie was excellent and worked to make the biggest impact on the market place. She did an excellent job with open houses and worked with us so that we had everything completed for the sale. We walked the property together and agreed on the items that needed to be fixed and the worked was done immediately. We would work with her again!

Julie showed my husband and I a rental condo. She is very sweet, thorough, non pressuring, and overall very easy to talk to. Her communication via email and text was exceptionally prompt which is hard to come across these days! I highly recommend her services!
