Julie was great to work with, very professional, and highly knowledgeable about the Seattle market and the real estate process in general. She was particularly helpful in getting our house ready to sell, with a lots of advice and a network of local contractors that were able to do various repairs and targeted renovations. We had to be out of state during the entire time the house was for sale, and felt in very good hands with Julie and her team (special call out to Courtney Williams). Julie did lots of showings and open houses, of course, but also took care of of a few issues that arose and needed attention, arranging for local contractors and supervising the work. Super helpful! In the end, we got a good price for the home, and the whole closing process went quite smoothly. Highly recommended.
