Julian helped my partner and I navigate the home buying process in Brooklyn as first time homebuyers.  Buying in NYC can be intimidating, but Julian was incredibly patient and happy to share his knowledge, which made us feel more secure and comfortable in the process.We put an offer for a condo and soon realized that we had made a mistake. Julian was very reassuring and let us know that this was very common and OK, and he encouraged us to take our time with the process. Soon after, we found the condo we wanted!There were issues that arose on our part but Julian and our entire team (it’s worth noting that despite our due diligence, we decided on going with Julian’s referrals for bank and lawyer!), were incredibly supportive.
