I have had the privilege of knowing Julia personally, and I can say without hesitation that she brings an extraordinary level of dedication, care, and professionalism to everything she does. Whether she is hosting a beautiful event, chairing a committee, supporting a friend, or helping someone navigate the process of selling a home, she approaches every project with the same thoughtfulness, tenacity, and attention to detail. What stands out most is her ability to go above and beyond while making people feel genuinely cared for along the way. She is organized, hardworking, trustworthy, and deeply committed to doing things well. I have profound respect for her work ethic, integrity, and the kindness she brings into every relationship. Anyone who works with her is in excellent hands.

"I had a great experience working with Julia Norregard! I recently moved to Columbia for a new job, and she supported me every step of the way. Julia helped me find a wonderful home at a great price and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even after closing, she continued to go above and beyond—helping me connect with reliable professionals for cleaning, painting, and handyman work. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. I feel very lucky to have found Julia. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor. Thank you so much, Julia!"
